Aggelos Manousakis

Aggelos Manousakis, a charismatic Executive Chef with 15 years of experience in the field of gastronomy, successfully graduated from the department of tourism professions, culinary art technician and chef of IEK OMIROU in Athens. His culinary knowledge is multicultural, he had worked as a Chef de cuisine in an establish Thai restaurant in the center of Athens. In addition, he had worked in the Catering business in the best estates of Athens as a Chef, and he was an Executive Chef and had organized all the departments of the kitchen from scratch, in one of the most famous urban yards of Athens. Eventually, his creativity and talent led him to Fira, Santorini, creating from the beginning the excellent cuisine of Barolo. Besides Barolo restaurant which has conquered the public since they come from all over the world to enjoy this unique experience, he is also an Executive Chef of 1500 BC Restaurant and Mama's Restaurant, both located in Santorini with the same success. The main goal of Manousakis is to further develop his gastronomic art and to express his passion for creation.
